    Company Info

The Hybrid Structural Testing Center was completed on April 15, 2009, with support from the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement (KAIA), and Myongji University. The Center is a world-class large-scale structural testing facility equipped with state-of-the-art experimental infrastructure and equipment, and is accredited as a KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) testing laboratory.

The Center is capable of conducting full-scale structural tests, including bridge girder tests of up to 80 meters in length, building structure tests of up to 12 meters in height, and compression tests with capacities of up to 20 MN. In addition to conventional static tests and pseudo-dynamic tests, the facility is equipped with a high-capacity hydraulic loading system, advanced control systems, and supporting infrastructure that enable real-time hybrid simulation, allowing experimental testing and numerical analysis to be performed simultaneously.

We are committed to ensuring that this world-class testing facility contributes significantly to the advancement of construction and structural engineering technologies in Korea. The Center serves not only as a platform for researchers and engineers to develop innovative technologies, but also as a valuable educational resource for students in related fields and as a training venue for practicing professionals seeking continuing education.

Furthermore, through collaboration with leading large-scale structural testing centers around the world, we aim to establish an international research network capable of conducting joint experimental programs and collaborative research projects.

Finally, we sincerely encourage your continued interest, support, and active participation so that the Hybrid Structural Testing Center can fully realize its role as a vital national infrastructure for advancing Korea\'s construction and structural engineering technologies.
