In 1992, we started localizing spindle parts that
depended on imports for the first time in Korea, starting with repairing
various spindles used in PCB-related ball bearing spindle repair, glass
processing and other machine tools. In addition, air bearing spindles, which
were only available for repair by spindle manufacturers, are now 100%
self-repairable through constant research and technology development.


 


Since 2001, we have started to manufacture
custom-made and overseas export products by manufacturing and mass-producing
spindles and related parts, which depended on imports, based on accumulated
technology. We also work with spindle manufacturers to import spindles.


 


In particular, we started producing air bearing
spindles for the first time as a domestic company, and we are proud to be one
of the few manufacturers of air bearing spindles in Korea.


 


Currently, we are developing and producing the new
spindle for the first time in Korea, called Ultrasonic Spindle. Ultrasonic
spindles are used in hard-to-break and difficult-to-machine parts such as
silicon carbide (SiC), porous ceramics, tempered glass of mobile phone touch
panels, sapphire, and quartz.


 


In addition to the PCB and semiconductor
industries, we have joined forces with machine tool equipment companies such as
LCD and automobiles, which are strengths in Korea, to produce glass processing
and other industrial spindles.


In addition, we are currently promoting technology
development in cooperation with the government to enter various spindle
industries.


 


In the global era, where only companies based on
technology and quality survive, FM will continue to develop technologies to be
the best in Korea in the related industries and strive to become the best in
the world in the future.
