Please find attached an important notice regarding the preparation for AEROTEC 2026.
To ensure smooth participation and exhibition preparation, please carefully review the notice and complete all required arrangements in advance.
[Key Information and Required Actions]
-Payment of Participation Fees:
Please complete the payment by 6:00 PM (KST), August 31, 2026.
Companies with outstanding payments must pay the full remaining balance, including any unpaid deposit.
-Submission of Mandatory and Optional Application Forms:
Please submit the required forms online or by email to aerotecman@naver.com by 6:00 PM (KST), August 31, 2026.
-Company Profile Registration and Exhibitor Badge Application:
Please log in to your account on the AEROTEC website and upload your company logo, product images, and brochure, as well as apply for exhibitor badge.
-Booth Layout Announcement:
The booth layout is scheduled to be uploaded to the website and announced to all exhibitors between late August and early September.
-Booth Construction Schedule:
Move-in: September 28–29, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Move-out: October 2, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and October 3, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Exhibits may not be removed during the exhibition period.)
-Additional Information by Booth Type:
Please review the mandatory application requirements and official contractor information applicable to independent, shell-scheme, and premium booths.
-Global Aerospace Industry Networking Session – Five-Minute Speech:
Companies interested in delivering a five-minute speech during the networking session on September 30(Wed) are requested to complete and return the attached application form.
Speech slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
